Room For Rent In Share House Wodonga in WODONGA, Victoria for sale

We are 2 females looking for a housemate for the third bedroom in our share house.
The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom to be rented.
It?s a near new house with lots of luxuries like ducted heating and cooling, dishwasher, ceiling fans in each bedroom, built-in wardrobes, block out blinds, large living and kitchen areas.
There are two bathrooms; you will be sharing the main bathroom.
The rent is $115 per week. All bills split equally between the 3 of us. Wi-Fi internet is already connected so that is one of the bills that we split.
Our new house mate must be clean tidy and considerate, but also friendly.
The house is in the White Box Rise estate, 5 min walk to Woolworths supermarket.
Also you must love dogs as I have a small dog who loves cuddles and playing games, unfortunately we can?t have any other pets.
Bond and two weeks rent will have to be paid up front. Rent is paid weekly after that.
The room will be available from the 5th of October.
