KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide sensitive and considered responses to families, friends and the public in complex and potentially distressing circumstances. Manage the relevant database and files obtained for and on behalf of the State Coroner s Office and ensure that all documentation is accurate, relevant, completed in a timely manner and stored in a secure manner. Assist the coroner with the investigation process. Participate in the development and implementation of relevant Coroner s Court programs and assist in the training of employees in relation to State Coroner s Office programs and services. Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders in the provision of the services of the State Coroner s Office. Perform the functions of a Coroner s Registrar as prescribed within the Coroner s Act 1985. Operate as part of the case management team.
