JUSTICE OFFICER Box Hill Justice Service Centre On-going VPS Grade 2 The Justice Officer provides administration and client service duties, as required by the location and the region. As such, the role is part of a regional administration team, and therefore requires a commitment to team building and the efficient delivery of administrative services across the region. Administrative duties will include human resource and financial activities appropriate to the grade, and operational support activities for the various programs delivered at the location. Client service duties may include reception, the provision of information to clients across the Justice service spectrum, payments, basic registrations, and general customer service, both face to face and via telephone as required.
