Catering Manager in WODONGA, Victoria

The Tooradin Sports Club is a successful sporting club strongly supported by the local community. An opportunity exists for a qualified chef with experience in a busy kitchen environment to be appointed Catering Manager of this highly regarded sporting club. Reporting to the General Manager responsibilities will include the overall management of the kitchen which services a seven day a week Bistro and functions facility. This full time position will enable the successful applicant to demonstrate his or her flair and leadership abilities. Efficient stock management and purchasing, menu preparation and costing and staff supervision and rostering are integral requirements of this role. This is a great opportunity for the right person to establish themselves in this great community sporting environment. Remuneration will be $60K pa base salary + superannuation + generous performance based incentives. Excellent working conditions.
